Here is a story from the holiday season that shows just how crazy some people can be! Police reported that a baby Jesus was stolen by a woman from a Nativity scene in Bethlehem, PA. While that is disturbing that someone would even do that, it’s what she did next that really made it a head-scratcher.
She dropped the figurine off at the local hospital with a note saying that the baby had been “neglected” by his parents, “Joseph and Mary Christ.” Huh?!
Jacqueline Ross, 49, ended up telling the cops that it was all a joke, but nobody seemed to have found the humor. She was identified from surveillance video and has been jailed on charges of theft and institutional vandalism.
