Whoops! This guy was headed over to his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend’s house to seek some big-time revenge, but turns out he got the wrong house. Instead, he caused $10,000 in damage to cars in the wrong driveway.
Ajinka Kelkar, 20, thought that the car in the driveway was the guy he was looking for, but it turned out to not be his intended target after all. Imagine hearing chaos in your driveway from a stranger.
The victims “heard a hissing air noise outside” and saw slashed tires on a Ford pickup, along with a Suburban that had its tires slashed, as well.
The family also saw their Jeep Wrangler was covered in obscenities that were scratched into the door and fender. The jeep had the tires slashed, along with the roof being stabbed. Two more vehicles were also damaged. That’s a whole lot of revenge!
Surveillance footage shows the suspect “walking around the property with a knife” and going on a rampage. Kelkar was quickly identified and the cops headed over to his house bright and early, around 6:30 a.m. He was immediately arrested and charged with trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief. He also was charged with being an unlicensed driver.
After posting a $10,000 bail, he was released. We’re betting he’s too nervous about his upcoming charges to care about who is dating his ex-girlfriend now!
